We at NewAndTrading
Properties offer high quality rooms to rent, at affordable
prices in the Milton Keynes area. Within our shared
houses we offer a mix of rooms ranging from doubles
with en-suites through to
singles, to cater for all budgets and individuals
requirements. With room rates starting from £90 per week, they make
living affordable. With all bills paid and no expensive
service charges all you have to do is budget for your
weekly rental and everything else is included.
We provide rooms to a wide range of clients from weekly borders through
to corporate clients looking for an alternative to hotel accommodation,
so whatever your needs we should be able to accommodate you. (Minimum
contract term though being 6 Months)

NewAndTrading Properties Ltd is a member of the National
Landlords Association and complies with their codes of practice for
health and safety including gas safety certificates, electrical safety
certificates, smoke detectors, etc. We take your comfort to be of the
utmost importance. Houses are clean and fully furnished/decorated to a
very high standard to ensure that you are provided with a friendly
environment where you can enjoy a relaxed homely atmosphere with like minded friendly company. We always try to make
sure that everyone in a house is compatible and you will get a chance to
meet some of your housemates before you move in. The houses are mixed sex
and you will find that the people that you share with are like minded
professionals and you can make some great new friends.
All
houses provide you with the following facilities:
- Communal living area
- Between 2 - 4 people
sharing. (No double occupancy in rooms' policy)
- No DSS, No Pets,
children, smoking or couples. (Occasional overnight visitors allowed
at the discretion of your fellow housemates.)
- Spacious modern bedrooms

with everything you will need
