Single Room – from
£90 per week
Single room complete with brand new comfortable bed,
coordinated accessories which include a duvet, pillows, covers, towels,
and wardrobe. Access to shared family bathroom with shower facility.
Double Room – from
£120 per week
Large spacious double room complete with brand new comfortable
double bed, coordinated accessories which include a duvet, pillows,
covers, towels, a wardrobe and draw unit with side light. Access to
shared family bathroom with shower facility.
Double Room with En-suite – from
£150 per week
Large spacious double room complete with brand new comfortable
double bed, coordinated accessories which include a duvet, pillows,
covers, towels, built in wardrobe's, bedside table and side light. En-suite
shower, toilet and accessories.
Payment
Tenants are asked to pay one months
rent in advance as a deposit. Your deposit will be held in a separate
secure account and will be returned to you when and if you decide to
leave. We reserve the right to deduct monies from your deposit to cover
any excessive damage to the property or fixtures and fittings.
Rent will be payable between every 22nd of the month and
5th of the next month and required one month in advance and then by
standing order mandate.
Minimum rental contract is 6 months with 2
Months notice. Maximum stay is entirely flexible to
your requirements.
